Thought of the day

“Even if you have the engine finely tuned you still need to make sure you pour in the right fuel” 

I just got this line from one of my colleagues and friends, Amir – that line expresses a deep understanding of what it takes to make an organization truly “high-performance”!

Buzz words like “Share Holder Value”, “Efficiency”, “process adherence”, “governance”, “execution”, “certification”, “Learning for Growth” etc etc  doesn’t matter a bit unless you “fuel” the staff with inspiration & meaning!
