Do you focus on great profits or on great products ?

Another interesting post on Harvard Business Review, this time by James Allworth, describing how Apple managed to escape the Innovators Dilemma.

The basic message is that unless your focus is on creating real value to your customers, any wins you will manage to make will be very temporary.
